I purchased a X16 backpack spray from Admon Machinery they helped my in my selection on a backpack spray by recommending the bushranger X16, I’ve had another spray from nylex and found the action hard to pump, the X16 is so smooth to use. I purchased the x 16 about 18 months ago when I was looking for a lite weight unit that had the ability to spray 5 metres or more for lantana and blackberry control in the hills. I’ve gone through most of the well known brands over the years with mixed views, but the X-16 has been great. Pros: Lite weight, 16 l capacity, nozzle shuts off and doesn’t drip, comfortable, minimal maintenance, can reach the 5 metres I was after. Cons: The filler lid is thin and mine has cracked around the top only through tightening not neglect. (hence only 4 stars) i will be ordering 2 replacements as I’m sure it will happen again.
